SMS Terms and Consent to Text Messaging
These SMS Terms and Consent to Text Messaging ("SMS Terms") govern text messages sent by Athlon, LLC ("Athlon," "we," "us," or "our") and our service providers.
By providing your mobile number and opting in where presented, you agree to receive text messages from Athlon and its service providers, subject to these SMS Terms and applicable law.
A. Types of messages
Messages may include:
- authentication and login codes;
- account, card, payment, transfer, and security alerts;
- fraud monitoring messages;
- service and operational notices;
- support communications;
- onboarding and waitlist messages;
- and, where you separately consent if required by law, promotional or marketing messages.
B. Message frequency and charges
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Athlon is not responsible for carrier charges.
C. Consent is not a condition of purchase where prohibited
Your consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any good or service where prohibited by law.
D. How to opt out
You may revoke consent to receive marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP where supported, by contacting support@athlon.finance, or by using any other reasonable method that clearly communicates your request.
We will honor opt-out and revocation requests within a reasonable time not to exceed 10 business days, subject to message processing already in progress.
For non-marketing or operational text messages, you may still request changes to your communications settings, but opting out may limit your ability to use certain Services, including login verification, transaction alerts, or fraud notifications.

F. Supported carriers and delivery
Text messaging may not be available on all carriers or devices at all times. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and may be delayed or unsuccessful for reasons outside our control.
G. Changes to number
You agree to notify us if you stop using a phone number you previously provided to Athlon. We are not responsible for messages sent to a reassigned number if you do not update your information.
H. Additional communications terms
If a specific program, campaign, or feature has separate text messaging terms, those terms may also apply.
