Account access
If you cannot sign in or lost access to your email or phone number, email support@athlon.finance from the address associated with your account where possible so we can help verify you.
Suspected fraud
If you believe your Athlon account or a connected financial account has been used without your permission, email support@athlon.finance and contact your financial institution directly. Your institution can act on account-level fraud that Athlon cannot.
Security concerns
To report a suspected vulnerability or security issue, email security details to support@athlon.finance. Please do not include passwords or other credentials in your message.
Connected account problems
If a linked account will not connect, stops syncing, or shows incorrect data, email support@athlon.finance with the institution name and what you are seeing. Some issues originate with the financial institution or the account connectivity provider.
AI history requests
To export or delete saved Financial AI conversations, or to withdraw consent to external AI processing, use Athlon's in-app privacy controls or email privacy@athlon.finance.
Account deletion
You can initiate deletion through Athlon's in-app account controls. See the Account Deletion page for what happens after you do.
