Bank Partner / Card Program Terms Notice

Some Athlon features, including cards, prepaid accounts, deposit accounts, transfers, payment processing, rewards, wallets, and related services, may be provided by one or more third-party financial institutions or regulated service providers.

For those features:

• the applicable issuing bank, sponsor bank, card network, processor, or other financial partner may provide separate agreements, fee schedules, privacy notices, short-form or long-form disclosures, account terms, cardholder agreements, and other legally required materials;
• those partner documents are incorporated into your relationship for the specific feature they govern;
• and where there is a conflict between Athlon's general Terms and the partner-provided terms for that feature, the partner-provided terms control with respect to that feature.

You are responsible for reviewing the partner-provided terms and disclosures before enrolling in or using the applicable feature.

Athlon is not the issuer of a card or deposit account unless expressly stated otherwise.

Partner-provided disclosures may be presented:

• in-app;
• during enrollment;
• on a partner or program page;
• by email;
• or through another legally permitted method.

Use of a partner-provided financial feature may require separate acceptance of the partner's terms and disclosures.
