ACH Authorization and Electronic Payment Authorization

Effective August 5, 2026

Not currently offered. Athlon does not currently offer payment, transfer, funding, payout, subscription, refund, or other electronic payment features, and has no payment processor or sponsor bank partner at this time. This Authorization takes effect only if and when such a feature is offered and you separately provide the authorization described below. Nothing in this document authorizes any debit or credit to your account today.

This ACH Authorization and Electronic Payment Authorization ("Authorization") applies when you enroll in or use Athlon features that involve bank account funding, transfers, debits, credits, payouts, subscriptions, refunds, reimbursements, settlements, or other electronic payment activity.

By checking the applicable authorization box, clicking to accept, linking a bank account for payment purposes, or otherwise authorizing a transaction where presented, you authorize Athlon, LLC ("Athlon") and its service providers, processors, sponsor banks, issuing banks, and other applicable financial partners (collectively, "Payment Partners") to initiate electronic credits to and debits from the bank account you designate, subject to your instructions, the specific feature terms presented to you, and applicable law.

A. One-time payments and transfers

You authorize Athlon and its Payment Partners to initiate one-time electronic debits from and credits to your designated account for transactions you specifically request or approve, including:

account funding;
subscription or service fees;
transfers;
refunds;
payouts;
charge reversals;
reimbursement adjustments;
and other transactions you authorize through the Services.

B. Recurring or preauthorized debits

If you enroll in a recurring payment, subscription, installment, repayment, or other preauthorized debit feature, you authorize Athlon and its Payment Partners to initiate recurring electronic debits from your designated account in the amounts and on the schedule disclosed to you when you enroll, together with any applicable taxes or fees disclosed to you.

This authorization will remain in effect until:

the recurring feature ends;
you cancel it in accordance with the applicable program terms;
or you revoke this authorization as provided below, subject to any processing deadlines and amounts already incurred.

C. Separate payment authorization requirement

Authorization to link or access account data through a connectivity provider does not, by itself, authorize Athlon or any third party to initiate an ACH debit or other payment. Payment authorization must be separately obtained.

D. Revocation and stop payment

You may revoke a recurring authorization with Athlon by contacting support@athlon.finance and following any instructions we provide, provided that we receive your request in sufficient time to act before the next scheduled debit.

If applicable law gives you the right to stop payment of a preauthorized electronic fund transfer, you may also contact your account-holding financial institution directly. For consumer accounts, applicable law may require that a stop-payment request be given at least three business days before the scheduled transfer.

Revocation or stop payment will not affect debits already submitted, transactions already due, or amounts you otherwise owe.

E. Amounts that vary

If a recurring debit from a consumer account may vary in amount, Athlon or the applicable Payment Partner will provide prior notice as required by applicable law and the applicable program terms. Unless you agree to a different lawful notice method, that notice will be sent at least 10 days before the scheduled debit.

F. Returned, failed, or reversed transactions

If a debit is returned, rejected, reversed, or fails for any reason, you remain responsible for the underlying obligation, if any. Athlon may suspend related features until the issue is resolved.

Where permitted by law and the applicable program terms, Athlon or a Payment Partner may reinitiate a returned debit or seek payment by another method you authorize.

G. Consumer rights preserved

Nothing in this Authorization waives any rights you may have under applicable law, including the Electronic Fund Transfer Act and Regulation E where they apply.

Nothing in this Authorization conditions an extension of consumer credit on repayment by preauthorized electronic fund transfer where prohibited by law.

H. Copy of authorization

A copy of this Authorization may be provided to you electronically and will be treated as the same as the original.

I. Your representations

You represent that:

you are an authorized signer on the designated account or otherwise have authority to authorize transactions;
the information you provide is accurate and current;
and you will promptly update or replace payment information if it changes.
